How to Delete Your Ludi Account

If you wish to close your account and remove your personal data from Ludi, you can do so directly inside the mobile app at any time.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your personal profile (profile picture, bio, banner) and standard social posts are permanently erased from our databases.

• Your secure login credentials managed by Clerk are safely deleted.

• To maintain the mathematical accuracy of our community game rankings, your star ratings and game reviews will stay on the platform but will be completely anonymized (stripped of your username, identity, and profile picture).

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Settings Go to your Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar and tap the Settings Gear Icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Deletion Scroll to the bottom of the Settings menu and tap on Delete Account.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion A confirmation pop-up will appear. Tap Confirm to permanently delete your account data.

If you no longer have access to the Ludi mobile app and wish to request account deletion, please email us directly at support@ludi.social using the email address associated with your account.
