Welcome to Ludi! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ludi platform, website (Ludi.social), mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Eligibility and Security

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Ludi.

Beta & Invitation Access: During our initial launch phases, access to Ludi may require an exclusive invitation code. These codes are non-transferable for monetary value.

Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Content and Platform Features

Ownership: You retain ownership of the text reviews, screenshots, session notes, and short-form video clips ("Ludi Clips") that you post to the platform.

License Grant: By posting content on Ludi, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content across our services and feeds (such as the "For You" and "Following" feeds).

Platform Syncing: If you choose to utilize our Log-in & Platform Sync feature, you authorize Ludi to securely interface with third-party gaming marketplaces (including Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Epic Games Store) to import your game libraries, playtime, and achievements. Ludi is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by these external networks.

3. Limitation of Liability & Termination

Ludi provides the Service "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms or our Content Policy.
